Ohio is the only state with retired teacher associations (ORTA chapters) is every county. Membership affords you the chance to join your fellow retirees in local activities, worthwhile projects, the fellowship of regular meetings, and the opportunity to maintain your professional contacts and develop new ones. ORTA is affiliated with the National Retired Teachers Association, a division of AARP.
