ORTA is affiliated with NRTA which has its residence in AARP. That affiliation has never hindered ORTA from opposing - with our strongest voice - the AARP stance supporting mandatory social security.
Through the Coalition to Preserve Retirement Security (CPRS) ORTA has been in the forefront of the long and arduous battle in opposition to mandatory social security.
ORTA was one of the first Ohio organizations to align with the Coalition to Preserve Retiremnt Security.
Only about one-third of Americans believe the next generation will have a better quality of life than their parents had.
