ORTA is working with its association leaders to find out what will persuade younger retirees to join ORTA's ranks.
Well-planned meetings that are of interest to members are necessary for good "chapter health."
ORTA's long-time success may be credited to its having objectives and a program of activities and projects aimed at serving others (children, parents, public).
