ORTA has signed onto a joint letter to Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid.
The letter urges passage of HR 3631, the Medicare Premium Fairness Act which has already been passed in the House.
The bill provides that those not receiving Social Security also be held "harmless" and not have to pay a
higher Medicare Part B Premium.
