A hearing is scheduled for HB 433 to amend section 5747.01 of the Revised Code to exempt from the personal income tax up to $10,000 in state and federal government retirement benefits for taxable years beginning in 2010 and thereafter.

The hearing will take place at the Ohio State Capital on Wednesday, April 9 at 2:30 p.m.
